 The basin/responsible (the older lady with gray hair) is very unfriendly.

Als verantwoordelijke zou ik wat meer professionaliteit verwachten of tenminste vriendelijkheid naar de klanten toe, enigste wat die dame kon was snakken en bijten! Laatste keer dat ik hier binnen zal komen
Lady with short gray hair is so unfriendly and that is supposed to be the person in charge? wow bad choice for that position. As a manager I would expect a little more professionalism or at least friendliness towards the customers, all that lady could do was gasp and bite! Last time I will come in here

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The store was recently redone and looks quite nice, prices are rather high though. If you quickly need some basic groceries and don't care about the price this is the place to be.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just a Carrefour Express. The look should be refreshed a little bit but seriously, you're going there to find groceries and there you can find them just as any other Carrefour Express so it does its job.
Location is really good, on the way going to Dampoort Station which is the second biggest train (and bus) station of Gent, which also happens to be the closest station to the center.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's handy as it's one of the only bigger supermarkets around the area that is open until 8pm but the vegetables & fruits are not always fresh and start to get bad after 2 days. The shop itself could use a nice makeover and staff need some more training regarding customer service.
