À CONSEILLER !!! TRÈS GENTILLE, TRÈS PROFESSIONNELLE, TRÈS EFFICACE, DISPONIBLE, PONCTUELLE, connaît et aime son métier, j'ai fait plusieurs kinés et elle est la seule à avoir serné mon problème à ma nuque et ma mâchoire. J'ai senti une évolution positive, ce qui n'était pas le cas avec les autres kinés. À RECOMMANDER.

J’y suis allée pour plusieurs séances de Kine Maxillo-faciale et je la recommande vivement! Elle est très efficace et très sympa!

Super suivi suite à un gros problème d'épaule. Caroline est très appliquée et professionnel dans son métier. Caroline est très accueillante et charmante. J'ai passé une super rééducation dans des super conditions.

Super suivi pour un problème à la mâchoire. Très compétente, sympa (un plus non négligeable) et toujours de bonne humeur. De bons conseils et motive à faire les exercices en dehors des séances. Top !

I had a very bad experience. I came to her with a long-term chronic problem with my shoulder which is frozen and painful. She did not seem interested in exploring the root causes, did not ask about my medical history so had no idea about bones I had broken in the past, and when I told her I couldn't move it in certain ways, she said 'well how often do you have to move it like that in your life?' As if it's fine that my shoulder is frozen, just don't try to move it?? What?! She gave me some exercises and told me the main problem was my back. On the second session she started doing some manipulations of my head and shoulder and it was painful and uncomfortable. Her fingers were digging into a muscle in my neck and she was moving my shoulder with no awareness of the underlying muscles. When I complained about the discomfort she got frustrated and told me it was normal and she knew what she was doing. I have had massages and therapy before, some pain is normal as they work the issues, but I can tell when the therapist is really in touch and feeling what they're doing, and in this case I felt like she was moving me around in a completely uncaring and disconnected way and she was not connecting with my body at all and could not feel what she was doing. I could not relax into it, I felt myself stiffening more to defend myself, so I ended the session halfway through. I do not recommend seeing her at all. (Update -- I saw another therapist, they determined that my shoulder is out of position as I thought, they did some very focused treatment and already opened something up, a far far better experience.)

I was highly disappointed at my experience with Caroline. I found she had no real interest in exploring what the real problem was with my jaw, neck and back. I decided to just follow half the treatment as I knew, after going to a lot of other doctors in other countries, that I would not get any real benefit from her work. I found her attitude was really off: her answers were always very blunt and slightly aggressive. As for the place, even the waiting room was quite unkept and no soap in the bathroom. She also kept all the papers she had just previously use with her patients in a corner, so she basically keeps a mountain of trash, which is really unhygienic in general, but even more now, during a pandemic. My last and major problem with her was how uninterested she was at helping me with reimbursement after the data she included in the formulae was illegible. I texted several times and I got no answer. I sent the papers to her email and still no answer. I would expect for a practitioner to have her patient's best interest. I would advice you to not attend to this cabinet, as you probably will only feel more frustrated about your pain and the lack of empathy Caroline shows.
