★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bons conseils et bon produit. Cependant service après vente médiocre. Délais de livraison non respectés et nous n'en n'avons pas été averti ce qui a entraîné de grosses conséquences de retard sur le chantier (et notre déménagement).
Se fiche complètement de l'avis et du service au client. Je le déconseille franchement. Le carrelage de bonne qualité peut se trouver ailleurs avec un personnel soucieux du service proposé et respectueux de sa clientèle.
Great advice and great product. However poor after sales service. Delivery deadlines not respected and we were not notified which resulted in serious consequences of delay on the site (and our move).
Doesn't care about customer advice and service. I frankly advise against it. Good quality tiling can be found elsewhere with service-minded staff who respect their customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Magasin avec de beaux carrelages, bien dommage que la personne qui était la n'était pas très agréable après lui avoir demandé un renseignements, je crois que nous l'avons dérangé alors qu'il ne fesait rien ,nous sommes donc sortie du magasin pour allez dans un autre magasin ou la nois avons eu un très bon accueil et nous avons acheté aussi .Je ne recommande pas Caro confort à soignies
