★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uitstekende slagerij met fraaie keus aan mooie stukken vlees, voor acceptabele prijzen. Bovendien symphatieke bediening, ook in het Nederlands wat, helaas, vrij zeldzaam is in Brussel.
 Excellent butcher shop with a nice choice of beautiful cuts of meat, for acceptable prices. Moreover, sympathetic service, also in Dutch which, unfortunately, is quite rare in Brussels.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent family-run butcher shop. They speak EN, NL, FR and probably more. You can find all sort of high quality meat as well as you can order in advance for special cuts(like brisket, beef cheeks, pork shoulder etc.). They are true experts and know all about what they are selling so they can give tips/info depending on what and how you would like to cook. (I have seen some butcher shops in Brussels where butcher can't even answer simple questions about the meat they sell). The other nice thing about them is that if you go there around closing hour you can see how seriously and in detail they clean everywhere.
