Ensuite l'accueil me dit que ma carte de fidélité n'est plus valide. Il y a 3 cachets dessus. On me dit. On vous fait une nouvelle carte de fidélité avec seulement 2 cachets !?!

 12 € for my peugeot partner which is not bigger than a car. It's even easier. There are no rear windows.
Then the reception tells me that my loyalty card is no longer valid. There are 3 stamps on it. I am told. We make you a new loyalty card with only 2 stamps!?!

Car very very badly rinsed and then roughly wiped dry. Result of traces of drops everywhere and runs, + scratches on the hood due to the dirt of the skin used to wipe. Never again.
