★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Heel slechte ervaring. Geen goede communicatie (weinig tot geen reactie op emails). Het pakket werd vertraagd door interne fouten (waarover ook niet gecommuniceerd was naar ons). Totaal geen begrip voor de situatie waarin onze organisatie zo terecht kwam. Enkel aandacht voor hun eigen winsten. Deze verzending heeft ons veel meer werk, tijd en geld gekost dan voorzien. Geld die kwam van subsidies om circus materiaal aan te kopen voor straatjongeren in Guinee. Dat we daar een groot deel verloren van hebben door deze slechte service/verzending, is moeilijk te aanvaarden. Maar aangezien we geen enkele reactie meer krijgen, kunnen we enkel onze ervaring delen op media zoals deze.
Niet aan te raden dus voor groepsverzendingen.
Very bad experience. No good communication (little to no response to emails). The package was delayed due to internal errors (about which neither was communicated to us). No understanding at all for the situation in which our organization found itself. Only focus on their own profits. This shipment has cost us much more work, time and money than expected. Money that came from subsidies to buy circus equipment for street youth in Guinea. It is difficult to accept that we have lost a large part of this due to this poor service / shipping. But since we no longer get any response, we can only share our experience on media like this.
Not recommended for group shipments.

I imported my car from the US and had the worst customer service you can have.
They did not give me any advice on when/ how to come pick up my car.
I needed to call over and over again to get information regarding customs and fees.
Then finally I can go get my car IF I pay a deposit for my car ( which is normal) BUT now 9 months after I got my car I am STILL WAITING to get my money back!!
Every week I call them 3 times and they act as if it's normal that I still have not received it and that they will get it done by the end of the week.
Well, every time has been a huge LIE.
All I ask for is to get the money back from my deposit so I can finally put this huge hastle behind me and they just do nor cooperate with me.
My advise to everybody is to NEVER USE CARLOGISTIX!
