★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Les branches de mes Mykita a environ 400 euros la paire se sont cassées quelques mois après la fin de la garantie.
Au lieu d'essayer de les prendre malgré tout en charge, ils m'ont fait payer la branche 100 euros !
J'en ai discuté plusieurs fois aux autres opticiens auxquels j'ai été ulterieurement qui m'ont confirmés qu'ils auraient pu faire un geste et se débrouiller pour ne pas faire payer.
Bref, belles lunettes mais gaffe en cas de casse, ils vous loupent pas !
The temples of my Mykita at around 400 euros a pair broke a few months after the end of the warranty.
Instead of trying to support them anyway, they made me pay 100 euros for the branch!
I discussed it several times with the other opticians to whom I was later who confirmed to me that they could have made a gesture and managed not to charge.
In short, beautiful glasses but watch out in case of breakage, they won't miss you!
