★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Je veux prendre rdv car ma chaudière à un problème et j'attends encore... J'appelle la société une première fois qui me dit que le chauffagiste me rappellera dès le jour suivant. Après quelques jours sans nouvelles, je relance. Encore la même chose, on me dit qu'on me rappellera dans l'heure voir le jour suivant au maximum... Et rien du tout. Ne comptez pas sur lui si il s'agit d'une urgence, je suis encore en train d'attendre!
 I want to make an appointment because my boiler has a problem and I am still waiting ... I call the company the first time who tells me that the heating engineer will call me back the next day. After a few days with no news, I restart. Still the same thing, I am told that I will be called back within an hour or even the next day at most ... And nothing at all. Don't count on him if it's an emergency, I'm still waiting!
