★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Early September and plenty of room for camping with a powerpoint nearby for charging camera , phone etc . Shower's were token operated avaidable at office during open hour's so get enough for your stay . Restaraunt also and the food was perfect , and there is a petrol station with shop across the street . Great location for visiting the various WW2 point's of interest and museum's . Had a pleasant stay here .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really tried to enjoy my stay at this campsite, but unfortunately this has been my worse experience so far. Where to start? The showers required tokens and after getting ready to have one I noticed I had to walk 5 minutes to get a token from the reception, shouldn't it be in the bathroom or just use 50cent pieces. Loads of people doing this army school in huge tents so I had people making noise until 12pm and then happily woke back up at 5:30 am by loads of other people. All of the power points are being used as there are about 3 for the whole tent pitch! I have stayed at "worse" campsites, but for the quantity of people this campsite has due to its location and it's awful layout I really didn't enjoy my stay. I stayed for one night and went to a hotel for the other. Wouldn't recommend!

Other than that, quite a nice place to stay

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I spent here a lovely time, the place is clean and people who work there are super nice and kind. They will help you with everything. Also the automatic reception was very handy. I love that they have a mini golf , so much fun ! It was very relaxing trip. Recommend
