K	Kevin Kilcullen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A beautiful little campsite on an island, surrounded by a river. Being the Ardennes, you are surrounded by forest, this makes for an amazing location. We arrived towards the end of the school summer holidays so within a day or 2 of arriving it got quieter. The owners are very nice and look after you. On the downside, the shop on site is very small and whilst it stocks basics we found ourselves heading to the Proxy supermarket at Corbion to stock up. The shower blocks have only a couple of showers each for male and female, I could imagine it being quite busy during peak periods. This fortunately wasn't an issue for us and we never had to wait for a shower. Generally the place is kept quite clean and tidy. Overall I would go back there as we loved the peace and quiet. The children loved being able to play in the river each day (which is very shallow). There are many places to visit nearby both in Belgium and just across the border in France.

I'm from Australia and find the camping in Europe to be too domesticated and regimented, however, this campground and the owners really made our trip. We came with a big group of 14 and I was worried that we just wouldn't find the right grounds to make the trip perfect for everyone. This was certainly the right one. We hired one of the 6 person rentals and had our own tents. The 6 person rental was surpurb! Above and Beyound... had everything you needed and was comfortable. It wasn't too pricey at all. The owners really made the trip. We all enjoyed and respected the owners so much that we kept our noise and mess to a minimum, simply because we were so happy about the way the camp grounds were run. Being in the island was great, as you had water all around you and waking up to the sound of the trickling river was such a treat. I would certainly recommend this campground to anyone!
P	Peter Aland on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed for 7 nights in late July 2015 in a rented tent, tent was great with a fridge and furniture. The beds where very comfortable. The location is really beautiful and our children (5 and 2) loved the activities and playing in the river. The bar is good as well, nice beer!
C	C Bliss on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful, peaceful, safe, Happy, relaxed, friendly, helpful. A few words to describe this place. Staff are welcoming and helped us with all sorts of things, including car trouble. I suggest taking soap when using the toilets but they are always clean and fresh. You get ample amount of showing time included. Neat bbq pits to freely use and cheap wood if you can't be bothered to forage. Decent sized pitches with electric and stunning views wherever you camp. We feel lucky to have found such a wonderful place. Congratulations on your 20yrs running and we hope you keep going for many more. Thank you so much!

R	Rebecca Walker on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I think this might be my favourite campsite I've ever been to. It's a beautiful location, and so peaceful. We had a very friendly warm welcome. The facilities were very clean and plentiful, we found the shower card worked really well for us. The pitches are excellent, really large and well maintained - there's such a variety of places to pitch that there's something for everyone. The river is a huge highlight, beloved by our children and us. Lots of nature to spot as well. I loved this place, looking forward to going back sometime.
