★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The placement of the wardrobe came with quite some damage and soiling of our newly painted walls. Unfortunately, Camber its contracts stipulate that they are not responsible for damages resulting from the placement of their products.
When contacting Camber about the damages done, we were informed that, regrettably they could do nothing, because we had not provided enough space to the carpenter. We had of course, but the carpenter had specifically requested to work at another spot. Moreover, the damages were mostly not related to available space (e.g. black finger prints on the walls as a result of using machinery that gives off black and scratches on the wall as a result of kicking (!) the panels in place). When pointing this out to Camber, we were only given the sentence 'Regrettably we cannot help you'. Obviously, they were 'very' regretful :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disgraceful attitude at the showroom in Uccle! I certainly will not be returning, and will look for alternatives. Anybody would think that it was them doing you a favour to let you shop there! I certainly won't be returning.
