J ai envoyé 27 mails pour expliquer qu'il s'agit d'un cadeau de Noël et que la commande est en préparation depuis 5 jours sur le statut du Site et tjrs la même réponse impersonnelle qui me dit 3 à 5 jour de livraison. Ok mais lorsque j ai commandé on ne m a parlé d'un délai de préparation interminable. Aujourd'hui j ai téléphoné à une personne du service client qui me dit exactement la même chose. Je lui explique la situation, elle campe sur ses positions. Je lui demande quelle solution a t elle à me proposer. Je lui demande de faire livrer à un magasin "proche" ( 2h) de chez moi. Elle refuse et me propose 10% de réduc pour une prochaine commande ???. Plus jamais je commande chez Calvin Klein même avec 100% de réduction. En attendant le cadeau de Noël de mon homme ne sera pas là à tous ?
 I strongly advise against. TO AVOID ABSOLUTELY !!! Order placed for Christmas gift. I sent 27 emails to explain that this is a Christmas gift and that the order has been in preparation for 5 days on the status of the Site and always the same impersonal response which tells me 3 to 5 days of delivery. Ok but when I ordered I was told about an endless preparation time. Today I called a customer service person who told me the exact same thing. I explain the situation to her, she sticks to her positions. I ask her what solution she has to offer me. I ask him to have it delivered to a store "close" (2 hours) from my home. She refuses and offers me a 10% reduction for a future order ???. I never order from Calvin Klein again even with 100% discount. While waiting for my man's Christmas present will not be there at all ?
