Café standaard - Guido Gezellestraat 3
Gaston De Boitselier zijn job was snijden van lederen handschoenen, na het werk bracht Gaston regelmatig een bezoek aan Achiel Vanderspiegel toen "Cafe Feestpaleis" genaamd.
In 1966 namen mijn ouders "Gaston & Netteken" dit cafe over en kreeg het de naam "Lokaal Standaard", waarna in 1984 het pand uiteindelijk eigendom werd en de finale benaming "Cafe Standaard" kreeg.
1996 was het jaar waarin de fakkel werd doorgegeven aan Sabrina.
