★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible place. Physical layout is poor and cramped. Waited a long time for lunch for 2 of us. Mine arrived. Stew very average, meat tough, salad soggy, chips cold and soggy. Husbands food only arrived when I was nearly finished. Forgot his chips, served them 10 minutes later, not cooked. No apologies or efforts to make up for the problem. Became aggressive when we said that we would leave only paying for the beer. Finally had to pay for one meal. 75 minutes wasted on an awful lunch. Avoid at all costs . Edit. Unwell the next day too!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is an excellent spot for a delicious breakfast! The bacon, tomato, and cheese omelette was one of the best I’ve ever had, and the fresh squeezed orange juice was a nice treat. Fast, friendly service that cannot be beat!
