Médecins compétents et infrastructure moderne, mais accueil affligeant. Réceptionnistes désagréables. Quand on vient en visite médicale, on s’attend à une prise en charge aimable et empathique. Dommage.
Competent doctors and modern infrastructure, but a dismal reception. Rude receptionists. When we come for a medical visit, we expect friendly and empathetic care. Pity.

Vivement déconseillé pour les analyses. Le système est très vétuste (l’enregistrement se fait à la main, avec risque d’erreurs) et ils n’ont même pas tout le materiel pour faire les analyses prescrites par le médecin. Jamais plus
Strongly not recommended for analyzes. The system is very outdated (recording is done by hand, with risk of errors) and they do not even have all the equipment to do the analyzes prescribed by the doctor. Never again

Ce matin j'avais rdv pour une mammographie.Arrivée à l'heure de mon rdv, la réceptionniste me dit , non aujourd’hui nous ne faisons pas de mammotest.Je lui dit que je ne savais pas et pourquoi alors qu'une mammotest c'est une mammographie.Elle m'a répondu désagréablement, non il faut dire que c'est pour une mammotest en prenant rdv.Elle me dit aussi que la machine bug et que toute façon on ne fait pas ça le samedi.Je lui demande alors un rdv , elle me dit qu'il faut téléphoner, et elle me plante devant le guichet.J'ai du partir. Je vais chez vous depuis des années, votre personnel était des plus agréable mais là cette jeune fille désagréable, malpolie.Je vais donc reprendre rdv ,ce lundi en espérant ne pas tomber sur elle au téléphone. Il faudrait lui expliquer l’empathie et politesse.très très déçue.

I had to leave. I have been going to your place for years, your staff were most pleasant but this unpleasant, rude young girl. I will therefore resume appointment, this Monday, hoping not to meet her on the phone. You have to explain empathy and politeness to her. Very, very disappointed.

Lamentable d'attendre dans la salle d'attente jusque 1 heure !!! C'est pareil tous les mois !!! Les gynécologues sont désorganisés!!! Ils pensent pas à leurs patients

If you make an appointment for let’s say 9, apparently that means be there at 9 but you’ll be seen at 1030. They’ll see people before you with appointment times after you. They’ll make your appointment but that doesn’t mean they’ll keep your appointment.

Impossible to reach by phone. They offer an online booking on their site BUT only via Google, Microsoft or Facebook accounts. No thanks, I'll keep my medical data away from these data collectors!

OK but the administration is bad. I did exams here last year. However, after moving I tried to take contact with the clinic to obtain a copy of my results to change practician (closer to my home); I don't manage to obtain the documents. My house doctor called twice already without success.. It's a pitty to have to fight for your own exam results.

Competent medical professionals and advice. Sometimes quite long waiting time in the center. More interesting for patients with private insurance, as it is expensive even for some routine checks.
