★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cela fait plusieurs années que vais dans ce centre de mamo, le dct Carine Van de merckt est vraiment gentille et douce, par contre son assistante secrétaire qui vous accueille et qui vous fait la mamo est tout le contraire, agressive et désagréable, elle fait mal et vous crie dessus quand vous ne vous positionnez pas bien pour la mamo..cela fait des années que je me le dis mais aujourd'hui, c était le summum! J arrive 10min à l avance, la porte du centre est ouverte. Elle n attend même pas que j enleve ma veste qu elle me crie, j ai besoin de la prescription et carte d identité svp! J y vais toujours en trotinette car sur le rond point montgomery et alentours, très difficile de se garer et ils n ont pas de parking. Je la mets soigneusement dans un coin de l acceuil pour ne gêner personne. Aujourd'hui, cette assistante désagréable a refusé que je la mette dans le hall comme d habitude, il a bon dos le covid quand on est de mauvaises composition ! Il est temps qu il change d assistante, qu elle prenne sa pension ou qu elle prenne xanax pour être agréable celle-ci. Pour garder sa clientèle, il faut bien s entourer?
It's been several years since going to this mamo center, the dct Carine Van de Merckt is really kind and gentle, on the other hand her assistant secretary who welcomes you and who makes you the mamo is quite the opposite, aggressive and unpleasant, she hurts and yells at you when you don't position yourself well for the mamo..I've been telling myself this for years but today was the pinnacle! I arrive 10min in advance, the door to the center is open. She doesn't even wait for me to take off my jacket and shout at me, I need the prescription and identity card please! I always go there by scooter because on the Montgomery and surrounding roundabout, it is very difficult to park and they have no parking. I put it carefully in a corner of the reception so as not to bother anyone. Today, this disagreeable assistant refused that I put her in the hall as usual, he has the right back to the covid when we are of the wrong composition! It is time for him to change his assistant, to take her pension or to take xanax to be agreeable to this one. To keep your customers, you need to have the right people together?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would have stayed the whole day: the new design with the warm colours, the parrots, and the bird sound is wonderful, after all this months of lockdown, it allowed me a different and beautiful experience - it felt like a SPA. The machines are new, clean, and all is conducted in the most professional way. The doctor remembered me from 1 year and half ago.
