They performed a good and professional service. They all spoke English. When you call for the service they give you the price and ask if it is ok to go ahead. You can pay through your bank app when the tow truck comes. The tow truck was quick (30 min), and the employee was helpful and nice. I recommend it!

The worst imaginable experience. After 8 years of living in our tiny house, we sold it. In the past we have always arranged the transport ourselves, we moved it 8 times. All the way from the NL to Gent. One time I even forgot a pot of soup of soup on the cooker and found it intact when it arrived. However this time, it was the decision of the new owner to choose an easier way, less planning we thought, to hire a 'professional' company to move it. She paid over 1k to move from Gent to Neerpolt. We emailed Lybaert to ask what are the options for moving. After a week still no response, so we went in person to ask, since we live only 1km away from them. We told them the height, lenght, width and asked to be pulled as slow traffic. They told us because of the long distance it's better to put it on top of a flat trailer. We agreed to it. On Mo 3rd of Aug they were supposed to come pick it up. We were not give any time, not even a time frame even though we called many times to ask. They only told us 'We call when we leave'. We told them we live only 1km away so if we happen to be doing shopping or in the shower they'll be here in 1 min. The receptionist told us on the phone 'these days you can order food online'. So from 8pm till 5:30-6pm we've been waiting and watching the phone non stop. They came at 6pm and told us they drive it to their company and put it already from the evening on the trailer and drive it first thing in the morning. They didn't. We cycled later in the evening to check, the house was just dumped on an alley in the harbour close to a busy street, not within a fence, anybody could've stolen it at night or trashed it. Why didn't they pick it up in the morning if anyhow you didn't bother to put it on a trailer?! Next day, Tuesday, the same story. We left from Gent to Neerpolt and waited from 8am till 5:30pm. No indication of time when it would arrive was given. When it finally arrived, surprise! It was not standing on a flat trailer, but transported at an angle (as seen in the photo), put on a truck only with only the front wheels. This way of transporting was not communicated to us and we would've never agreed to it, since the house was not designed to endure this. It is a slow traffic trailer, which driven at 80-100km/hr in such manner, cause the stove to move inside and all the interior to be damaged. It was not a professional nor respectful way of transporting the given trailer. Road signs were also screwed in the panels leaving big holes without any consideration. They coul've easily been screwed into the wood instead. We asked the trucker why did they chose to drive like this and we were told there was a bridge he couldn't have passed. In this case the Lybaert should've contacted us to have the chance to refuse a their inventive solution. Or drive on a flat trailer then pull it under the bridge, then back on the trailer. Today again we went in person to ask to have a conversation with the person responsible for this, and the receptionist told us 'The boss is not here. This is nothing to do with me'. She told us to write an email, which we did, but since so far we didn't get any response via email we are doubting they will ever reply. She refused to give us a phone number of the boss, and also said she doesn't know when he will be there. They make it impossible to reach them. We hope you can somehow come back to us with an explanation for the events and fix this. It is probably not your main business to move tiny houses, but then do not take these jobs!
