Clean room with a small (cold) kitchen. There is a bar with tap and there are plenty of refrigerators. There is also the possibility to keep a reception out by the terrace

Nice large and well-kept room. Glad you can sit outside and the children can play.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fijne zaal (met keuken) voor feestjes, babyborrels, etc. Podium aanwezig. Gelegen langs de parochiekerk van Kozen (Nieuwerkerken). Vroeger werd er ook muziek-en tekenles gegeven op +1. Lokale speelpleinwerking doet er tal van activiteiten tijdens de schoolvakanties. Rolstoeltoegankelijk, met aangepast toilet.
Nice room (with kitchen) for parties, baby showers, etc. Stage available. Located along the parish church of Kozen (Nieuwerkerken). In the past, music and drawing lessons were also given at +1. Local playground operation does numerous activities during the school holidays. Wheelchair accessible, with adapted toilet.
