★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Maandag 14/6/2021 kocht ik er merguez, boerenworst en handgesneden tartaar. De merguez (@ 22€ per kg) was goed van smaak maar de textuur was eerder "salami" droog en te hard. De boerenworst had niet veel smaak en was overtijd. De tartaar (@28€ per kg) was ook niet lekker opgemaakt en ik heb hem 's anderendaags moeten wegdoen. Spijtig, want het huis heeft een goede reputatie, in Sint-Idesbald dan toch...
Het 2de sterretje is voor het ruime aanbod en de verzorgde vleestoog.
 Monday 14/6/2021 I bought merguez, farmer's sausage and hand-cut tartare. The merguez (@ 22€ per kg) tasted good but the texture was rather "salami" dry and too hard. The farmer's sausage didn't have much flavor and was overdue. The tartare (@28€ per kg) was also not well made and I had to throw it away the next day. Too bad, because the house has a good reputation, in Sint-Idesbald anyway...
The 2nd asterisk is for the wide range and the well-maintained meat counter.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Supper vriendelijk maar prepare' was pekel zout en pastrami op het randje net niet slecht en dan nog wel supper hoog geprijst niet meer voor herhaling vatbaar !
Supper friendly but prepare' was brine salt and pastrami on the edge just not bad and then supper highly priced no longer worth repeating!

Last super bad experience !! Meat Loaf twice not cooked together, today tartare Preparee you can sip through a straw, not spreadable.
