One particular waiter was not very friendly and seemed to push us into ordering instead of making suggestions while literally stating ''I also have other tables to attend"". Firstly the cutlery was not clean. When they brought our food sharing platter they forgot our plates. They also forgot side dishes twice, brought a drink we didn't order and forgot fries which we did order. They didn't explain what was on our meat tasting plate (there were multiple sorts of meat but we never were told what we were eating). While the meat on itself was good, some meat was too well done, the vegetable side dish was quite basic but heavily dressed with pure vinegar. For the price we paid we expected more.
D	Damir Mrkaljevic on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Too expensive and the service was not the best, food as well. @since owner called me fake for bad review, let me add some extra details why I gave 2 stars: We waited for receipt, after we asked to pay around 15 min and so we had to stood up and pay inside. Waiter forgot the drink my friend ordered so it was never received! Prices are crazy high and ambient is quite bad, at least outside where we were siting (my opinion ofc)! I ordered ribs and by far I never had worse, dry, wooden all in all absolutely not tasty! Also I would recommend to use bad reviews to improve your bussines and not call ppl fake - also you can check my profile as well if you still think that I might be a fake reviewer.

A	Ardit Zaclli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food was not good. My wife ordered a crispy chicken hamburger. The chicken was dry and the avocado was rotten. Than they brought two portions of fried potatoes which we didn't ordered. We asked if the belonged with the dishes and they said yes. After they put on the the bil two portions of fried potatoes. The order came after almost 40 minutes from the moment we ordered. A lot of people around us were also not happy with the service and the food too. I would never go back to this restaurant.

O	OSKAR on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The quality of the meat is really great, but I had the feeling that I was ripped off as a "normal" customer. There were two of us and we ordered the 35€ steak 2 times. According to the menu, a portion of salad and fries is served with each dish. However, we only got a small portion of fries and a small portion of salad (see photo). The reason given: "That's already two portions, we just put them in one plate." Who'd believe it... We asked for a second portion of fries which was (of course) charged extra. By the way, there was not enough sauce, nor ketchup or mayo with the fries. The quality of the steak was very good, but I don't know if it was really 350g. There are better alternatives where the price-performance ratio is fair.
B	Bruno Braes on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not recommended because of the following: - waited for 30 minutes before getting served, and waited 1 hour just to get drinks - after one hour or order was taken, but had to wait 2 hours before getting our food - burger: waiters didn’t ask how I wanted to have my meat, and it was served raw - fries were salted, which I don’t prefer, especially because there’s salt on the table, so easy to add if you like salt, but can’t really remove it from your fries… So overall, would not consider coming back because of the bad service. The personnel was friendly, but clearly not commercially minded, because getting a drink on the table would be the first thing to do at the first 15 minutes after entering, and not after ONE HOUR.
