★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disaster for the brand... The Burger King in Brussels is without doubt the worst Burger King I have ever been to. It was dirty, with sticky floors and disgusting tables. The service was slow and the lady who served us was rude and the least motivated employee I have ever met and the fact that she (and some of her colleagues) was wearing her mask on her chin, covering neither mouth nor nose was just another sign of the little she cared. When we finally got our food the fries were cold and the milkshake was melted. Another customer came to ask where the toilets were because his young daughter needed to use them and he was told that they were was closed, he asked what to do and the employee told him to go to Mc Donald's and use their toilets. Finally, when leaving we wanted to sanitise our hands but gave up as all the sanitisers were empty or broken. I like Burger King a lot, but I will never go back to this one and I would not recommend anyone to go to it either.

Employees work very slowly, don‘t show much motivation, and they take very long to prepare a few orders. In addition, the burger ans the fries were lukewarm
