★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horaire trop limité. Thanks to the short opening hours, it's virtually impossible to use, since I work 8-6 every day. On Saturdays, queues are very long because everyone faces the same problem during the week (welcome to Belgium). Don't take your eyes off the ticket screen, because it's silent and they're merciless if you miss your call by even a few seconds.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a review of bpost delivery in Schaerbeek. It is horrible and I am personally disappointed of people lying to speed their delivery. It is now the third time the delivery person does not come but then I get an email you were not there. We even have a concierge in the building on top of the fact I was at home. You are too lucky the customer can’t place a lawsuit for this fake statements and seek compensation. Last time a present for a birthday was supposed to come, I was waiting for it even being late just to get we came but you were not there....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve been there on a couple of occasions. Staff is always very nice, opening hours are respected, ticketing on entrance works just fine, queues are due to COVID and are professionally managed by a security agent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time here. No queue, swift service, served in Dutch even though the employee was a French speaker herself. A very handy cash machine in the post office so that I could collect the money immediately. In and out in under 5 mins. I subtracted a star because the office looks dingy, old, not very clean.
