★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The boss of this place should be fired! Probably the boss is sleeping in and not caring. Estimated 30 ppl in queue for parcels and only 2 staff. But for the other financial and business 5 ppl there are 3 staff... Fix your priorities!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Why so many people complaining about parcels? If you're not happy get it delivered at your office. Do you realize post offices use to close at 4 and close on Saturday? Even worse, there used to be no special counter for parcels. Jeez

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Immense frustration every time I go there. Lamentable customer service, rude, incompetent and indifferent staff. The working hours are simply to laugh at... impossible for working people to go there. Anything you ask, you are given a paper with bpost tel to call and ask...!!! I said once, 'am I in a bpost office or not? why do you send me to the tel service for my parcel?!' The answer: 'we cannot call them ourselves.'
I didn't know whether to laugh or cry...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saturday morning just after opening, already queuing. Please deliver packages to apartments, not only notifications. Future of shopping is online shopping. More packages foreseeable in the future.
