★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very rude staff! Yesterday a particular staff refused to attend to me, simply because I had once politely told her that i didn't like how she spoke to me.
She attended to the lady in front of me, and when it was my turn, she got up, waving her hands rudely saying she can not attend to me because she was busy, in a very rude manner, while pretending to arrange papers. But attended to the person right behind me! To say I was beyond shocked is an understatement.
Well I took the necessary action and filled an official complain with bpost. Such behaviour is very unprofessional and childish !
The other staff's have always been very helpful and friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Imagine they loose our expensive parcels sent to France first and no ones cares about it. We supposed to be able to see where they are but as no one scanned it’s lost.
Then I go today to send a personal item which wheights ~150g in an envelope and I pay almost 7€ instead of 5€ which is written on the internet. Their explanation is ‘on the internet it’s cheaper’. Do you know how much one pays for sending boxes of 5-10 kg? It’s 7€ as well with the insurance and they come to pick it up. This company is a joke. Incredibly bad service and expensive. It should be closed and replaced by the Dutch one for example who does a very good job as things ordered in the NL come faster than the ones in Belgium.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst post office ever, unbelievable opening time. Why I should get my package delivered to here? Normal people work at least from 9 to 5, but this branch opens (if opens...) at 9:30. Please deliver my stuff somewhere else, Press shop at Wiener is great and it is even open in normal hours!!!
