Mon colis n’était toujours pas indiqué comme present mais la personne en face de moi m’a proposé de me contacter dès qu’il serait disponible et a même pris l’initiative d’aller d’elle même voir si le colis était à proximité... et il l’était ! Un super chouette comportement pour m’aider et m’éviter une troisième visite. On note aussi une bonne organisation pour l’entrée dans le bureau, avec une personne contrôlant entrées et sorties. After a first visit where my package was not yet available, I came back. My package was still not indicated as present but the person in front of me offered to contact me as soon as it was available and even took the initiative to go by herself to see if the package was proximity ... and it was! Great behavior to help me and avoid a third visit. There is also good organization for entering the office, with one person controlling entry and exit.

A	Alissa Auquier on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bpost a changé de locaux, ils sont au centre de la gare / dans le hall principal, il faut prendre les escalors qui descendent entre la Presse - Yves Rocher - les guichets. Mieux vaut passer juste avant la fermeture afin d'éviter de faire la file. Bpost has changed premises, they are in the center of the station / in the main hall, you have to take the escalors that go down between La Presse - Yves Rocher - the counters. Better to pass just before closing to avoid queuing.

Different people will give you different information. Also, unfriendly, and no apologies or whatsoever when they make a mistake (or plenty of them). Service is horrible.
V	V M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They closed the old office and opened a new one, at level -1. So the location is wrong on Maps. Now the office is as you enter on the main southern entrance, walk fwd, you get to the main trains hallway, take the escalator to go downstairs. It's right there at the bottom of the stairs. There is no sign pointing to it and BPost's indications are useless. Google, get in touch with BPost and update your maps man.. cuz they made a ton of changes lately, and a lot of old offices are closed and/or relocated. It's a mess.
