Le monsieur présent s'est montré non seulement irrespectueux envers ma compagne âgée de 25 ans (tutoyer, prendre de haut) sous prétexte qu'elle est jeune mais il refusait également un retour de colis sous prétexte que l'étiquette de retour n'était pas imprimée.
Après argumentation, il a bien voulu essayer de scanner le code-barres mais je trouve anormal d'avoir dû insister.D'autant plus qu'une affiche est bien présente dans ce point posté. Affiche qui stipule que l'on peut scanner un code-barres pour effectuer un retour.
Très mauvaise expérience. Pourtant les femmes qui sont généralement présentes sont toujours très professionnelles et vraiment agréables !

The gentleman present was not only disrespectful to my 25-year-old companion (to be familiar with, look down upon) on the pretext that she is young but he also refused a return of the parcel on the pretext that the return label was not not printed.
After argument, he kindly tried to scan the barcode but I find it abnormal to have had to insist, especially since a poster is indeed present in this posted point. Poster that states that a barcode can be scanned to make a return.
Very bad experience. Yet the women who are generally present are always very professional and really nice!
