★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Toujours cette bonne vieille mentalité de fonctionnaire (pour les anciens), très arrogante et méprisante derrière un guichet. Pour les compétences c'est loin d'être le top . Pas étonnant qu’internet aie tant de succès.
Always that good old civil servant mentality (for the old ones), very arrogant and contemptuous behind a wicket. For skills it is far from the top. No wonder the internet is so successful.

Closing time on Tuesday posted on the internet and on the door of the post office: 6:00 p.m. It is 5:40 pm and it's closed. And tomorrow is a public holiday. Thanks for those who work!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alors que nous avons repris le chemin du boulot ce lundi et que le site bpost annonce une ouverture jusqu'à 18h00, j'arrive à 17h30 pour y déposer un colis urgent. Porte fermée je vais devoir demander à quelqu'un qui est dispos aux horaires d'ouverture pour déposer mon colis demain . Merci bpost
While we are back on the road to work on Monday and the bpost site announces an opening until 6:00 p.m., I arrive at 5:30 p.m. to drop off an urgent package. Door closed I will have to ask someone who is available during opening hours to drop off my package tomorrow. Thank bpost
