Bureau de Boncourt is not very honest either luckily I was able to talk to a lawyer but I can imagine not everyone is able to do this.
S	Stephanie Quirola on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DO NOT TRUST THEM! KNOW YOUR RIGHTS! They forced me to pay for something I did not have to accept. They ended up asking for over 4000 euros and threatened me by saying that if I didn't accept to pay the 4000euros I would have to pay double after seeing a judge. Fortunately I didn't accept and went to a lawyer and in front of a judge. The judge said it was absolutely dishonest from the Boncourt office and even if I lost the 150euros they forced me to pay I got my security deposit back! THEY ARE NOT PROFESSIONALS DON'T GIVE INTO THEIR PRESSURE!!!
W	Willem on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In line with previous reviews, I don't recommend tenants to work with Bureau de Boncourt. Be aware of the price list of de Boncourt. To estimate the damage they use a special price list which seems to be heavily in favour of the landlord. This is especially the case for painting works as the price for this depreciates over the years. So if you for example stay 4.5 years in a flat and have to repaint a wall, this would be 60 euros. However, the list works with a miminum threshold for painting works of 250 (!) euros. I asked around among tenants and landlords in my network and nobody had ever heard of this. Moreover, common usage is regularly identified as damage. We also had to wait for weeks and send several emails before we got our 5 bullet-points report. Certain information was also only shared with the landlord.
