★ ★ ★ ★ ★ J'ai fait confiance a son estimation de ma maison, car il m'avait été recommander, je l'ai bien regretter par après, il est surtout pressé de prendre sa commission, en a peine 2 visites il m'a ainsi donc vendu un immeuble de 4 étages de 55M2 fermer, soit au total 220M2, intérieur a rénover complètement pour 70 000€, a ce prix on a une étable et 2 chambres au dessus, soit au total 70M2 a rénover également, je me suis vraiment bien fait avoir !
