J'avais dû faire une plainte à l'ordre des géomètres pour qu'ils daignent répondre et corriger leur erreur. Ils ne répondaient pas à mes emails où je signalais l'erreur dans leur rapport. Eens we het rapport zagen, was het duidelijk dat ze er met hun pet naar hadden gegooid (er stond een adres van een huis in Steenhuffel vermeld terwijl ons huis nergens in die buurt is, ontbrekende informatie, verkeerde informatie, waarde grond en huis serieus onderschat,...). Naar onze mening hebben ze ons het verslag van een verkeerd huis gestuurd, maar ze weigerden dit toe te geven. Nadat ze de ontbrekende en foute informatie hadden aangepast, bleef volgens Hamon de geschatte waarde correct. Een andere expert, opnieuw aangesteld door de bank omdat zij ook wantrouwig waren, schatte de waarde van ons huis maar liefst €30.000 hoger dan Hamon. We were assigned this expert by the bank to estimate our future home. Once we saw the report, it was clear that they had thrown it at it (it stated an address of a house in Steenhuffel while our house is nowhere near it, missing information, misinformation, land value and house seriously underestimated , ...). In our opinion, they sent us the wrong house report, but they refused to admit it. After adjusting the missing and wrong information, the estimated value remained correct, according to Hamon. Another expert, re-appointed by the bank because they were also suspicious, estimated the value of our home to be as much as € 30,000 higher than Hamon.

En effet, une fois l'expertise payée plus aucune communication et pourtant le rapport comportait des erreurs flagrantes... Maison raccordée aux égouts alors que cela n'était pas le cas. Maison offrant le gaz alors que cela, n'était encore une fois, pas le cas. Je déconseille fortement cette personne ! No professionalism and respect for its clients.
