★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service was bad. They didn’t manage to get me the classic Burberry trench-coat. I had to go to Paris myself to buy my coat. The only option the Brussels shop offered me was to buy it online and send it back if it didn’t fit. Seriously?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff looks friendly but not well informed for personalisation. I asked the CA if I can request a personalisation of a specific product, the CA replied that it is not possible. I asked again if I can request it online, same answer. Then I checked online and I wasn't surprise to read that the product can be personalised. I finally bought it online with my initials on it. Their loss.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dispointing customer service and shop experience for such a luxury brand. Booked specifically a time slot to shop and was asked to wait outside with no indication on how long we needed to wait.
They could have at least offered to let us wait inside until the staff was made available.
