Y	Yibin CHEN on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dîner le soir, peu de clients donc très à l’aise. Service disponible, attentif et gentil. Le chef prépare quasiment tout devant vous. Quant aux plats, de ce qu’on a eu, le deuxième service n’est pas très satisfaisant mais le reste sont pas mal. Un petit dommage qu’il n’y a pas de chaise bébé (voilà, dans la restauration « haut de gamme »...). On peux fait une petite visite au showroom même après le dîner. Le personnel vous l’allumera. Dinner in the evening, few customers so very comfortable. Service available, attentive and kind. The chef prepares almost everything in front of you. As for the dishes, from what we had, the second service is not very satisfactory but the rest are not bad. A small pity that there is no baby chair (here, in the "high-end" restaurant ...). We can make a little visit to the showroom even after dinner. The staff will turn it on for you.

L’un des strips en aluminium sur le contour d’une porte c’est détaché, je l’ai recollé, et j’en ai parlé au revendeur Bulthaup. Il m’a avoué qu’une mauvaise colle avait été utilisée à une période de production et que je n’étais pas le seul à déclarer ce défaut. Bulthaup propose de remplacer toutes les façades, mais que le client devra participer aux frais!!! Ce soir, 3 semaines plus tard, 2ème strip qui se détache ! J’estime que lorsqu’il s’agit d’une erreur de fabrication, la société devrait assumer l’entièreté du préjudice ! Je suis déçu, surtout pensant avoir acheté la meilleure qualité en matière de cuisine. Hello, we bought a kitchen from Bulthaup 15 years ago. One of the aluminum strips on the edge of a door came off, I glued it back on, and I spoke to the Bulthaup dealer about it. He admitted to me that a bad glue had been used during a production period and that I was not the only one to report this defect. Bulthaup proposes to replace all the facades, but that the customer will have to contribute to the costs!!! Tonight, 3 weeks later, 2nd strip coming off! I believe that when it comes to a manufacturing error, the company should bear the entire damage! I'm disappointed, especially thinking I bought the best quality in terms of kitchen.
