★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cela fait presqu'une année que je médite, le chemin parcouru est tout simplement extraordinaire, je ne suis pas la même personne qu'au début. Pour rien au monde je ne ferai marche arrière. L'aventure en est que belle. Les guides de meditation sont très professionnels, à l'écoute, accueillant, bienveillant et super sympathique. Le centre est bien situé avec une facilité d'accès en voiture et en métro. Je jongle entre meditation en ligne et meditation personnelle en fonction de mon emploi du temps. Pour ceux qui veulent essayer ça en vaut la peine.
 I have been meditating for almost a year, the path I have traveled is simply extraordinary, I am not the same person as at the beginning. For nothing in the world I will not go back. The adventure is so beautiful. The meditation guides are very professional, attentive, welcoming, caring and super friendly. The center is well located with easy access by car and metro. I juggle between online meditation and personal meditation depending on my schedule. For those who want to try it's worth it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dans la vie rien n'est par hasard, ce n'est pas moi qui ai trouvé le centre de méditation, c'est le centre qui m'a trouvé, car j'en demandais beaucoup.
J'ai ressenti un calme dès la première séance, c'est un lieu magique avec des gens qui vous accueillent à merveille.
Méthode simple mais extraordinairement efficace.
