β β β β β Worst flight experience I've ever had. Experienced traumatizing event on plane that involved outrageous security yelling at passengers and confiscating people's phones. Still to this day have never heard any explanation about this event from the airline. That was in 2017, still can't get it off my mind.

β β β β β We had a nice flight with Brussels Airlines between Budapest and Brussels. Nice and polite staff, the airplane was very clean inside. The buffet prices were not too overprized. Thanks! They cancelled the original flight, but the rebooking was quick.

β β β β β Worst airline and customer service I have ever experienced. I was traveling with hand luggage and they told me there was no space left so I needed to hand over my weekender bag to them at the gate. Arriving at my destination my baggage never arrived, they lost it somehow at the gate of a direct flight. I took them 1 week to deliver it to me and as my charger for the phone was in the bag I needed to buy a new one. Even though it says in their policies that they pay for necesities due to the lost baggage, they refused to do so and told me it was my own fault for not taking it out of my bag.
I was already carrying my laptop, and other stuff around that was supposed to be in my bag. After complaining due to not fulfilling their own policies they got very rude and never responded after that again. You were the ones asking me to hand over my bag and loosing it afterwards, so at least don't be rude

β β β β β Bad Airline is basically a compliment at this point. How do I arrive at an airport and inform them a flight is cancelled and they are still claiming it is still flying. In refund process which Expedia(they're more helpful) got no response in last 15 days. Close to 3k out and I have no answers. You're better off taking a magic carpet than this airline.
