β β β β β Elke situatie is natuurlijk persoonlijk, maar heb zelf nog nooit zo'n slechte klantenopvolging gezien van een makelaar/verkoper (Project Oaze in Adegem). De basis-informatie was incorrect, waardoor compromis en hypotheek-overeenkomst helemaal opnieuw moesten (los van feit dat de informatie cruciaal was bij de beslissing).
Van een opgeleverd appartement, had ik er plots geen-opgeleverd. Niemand kon me ook maar zeggen wanneer het appartement opgeleverd ging worden. Bovendien was er op een verdieping een groot waterlek, dat natuurlijk vakkundig werd verzwegen.
Kan allemaal gebeuren, maar ergste is dat de projectverantwoordelijke/makelaar gewoon weigerde contact op te nemen. 9 keer bellen, steeds de belofte gekregen dat er ging teruggebeld worden, maar niks.
Daarnaast werden er ook kortingen en deals aangeboden, maar jammer genoeg niet bij mij. De ene keer had ik te vroeg gekocht, de andere keer te laat ...
Dat er op 101 projecten dingen kunnen mislopen, is normaal. Dat je er als agency zo mee omgaat, zegt gewoon iets over de mentaliteit.
 Each situation is of course personal, but I have never seen such poor customer follow-up from a broker/seller (Project Oaze in Adegem). The basic information was incorrect, requiring the compromise and mortgage agreement all over again (aside from the fact that the information was crucial in the decision).
Of a completed apartment, I suddenly had not delivered one. No one could even tell me when the apartment would be delivered. In addition, there was a large water leak on one floor, which was, of course, expertly concealed.
Anything can happen, but the worst part is that the project manager/broker simply refused to contact me. Called 9 times, always got the promise that they would be called back, but nothing.
In addition, discounts and deals were also offered, but unfortunately not with me. One time I had bought too early, the other too late ...
It is normal that things can go wrong on 101 projects. The fact that you deal with it as an agency just says something about the mentality.

β β β β β We bought our house almost from this company and had a lot of troubles, first the house was delivered about 1 year later than promised with a lot of problems. Now we have serious issues and Brody is hiding, not answering, we ended up paying over 5000eur from our pocket for their bad quality work, but it is still not fixed, I am afraid we will still need to pay over 10 000 EUR to fix everything.
Do not buy, from them!!!!
More detailed information:
We have very serious issues there is a pipe broken inside the walls and once we use shower on the first floor there is water leakage through the ceiling in the ground floor. We called Brody a lot of times- no answer, we send tons of emails- no reaction, we sent registered letter- the answer was that you need to contact your insurance, while the issue is clearly bad construction ( that is what the insurance say).
The only option is to go to the court.
