★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The slowest service in Antwerp. The woman with double mask, a hat, glasses is completly oblivious to the queu, no matter how long the queu gets. Oh, the entrance is one side of the street, the exist is on the other. Management is out of touch it seems

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For nearly each of the many visits I made to this shop, the personel was unfriendly and incompetent: there were unable to advise me on the products, provided absolutely no useful information, and even once a false information. I often knew better the products than them. Also they do not really seem to be interested in solving your problem. I saw that the other Brico shop on Nationalestraat is much better, not only in terms of personel but also in terms of available products.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This store has everything you need for DIY and it's very affordable. I was most impressed by one staff member who knee exactly the location of an unusual item I asked for. He didn't even have to take a moment to think about it, just blurted it out and I was one my way. I'll use this store more often in the future.
