★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Getting there, with all the ongoing roadworks needs patients and getting a staff member to help or answer your questions is just as hard. They all seem to be to busy doing other jobs, attending to customers is keeping them away from the fun jobs. Something that seems to happen alot in Belgian D.I.Y chain stores.

I purchased a door online that I didn’t pick up and called for a refund.. 4 times!!!! Very bad employees that don’t seems to know the procedures. 1 month later I still didn’t receive any refund. Don’t shop there online, the worst experience I had online with a shop.
