★ ★ ★ ★ ★ TRUSTPILOT SCORE OF 1.7 says ENOUGH ! First of all, the fact that you don't reply to your reviews represent the type of management and customer care enough.
Just came back home to specifically add this negative review directly and make sure that never return to this shop ever. I wanted to comeback for a major purchase for paints and rollers. The cashier (young boy) was really friendly.
But the brow hair half bald tall guy (of course without a name tag) was really rude and unfriendly. My girlfriend forgot her mask. He came to us and asked " Is it first of October Already " ? With a fighting body language and rude tone !
We understand our mistake, but talking to a customer like this and with this tone is surprisingly rare or at least I've never encountered in my entire life. I am very sorry for the management of Brico for the lack of training of your workers. There are much better and more respectful ways to deliver a message to customer. We could purchase online but we especially went here to support local businesses which was a very big mistake. I would suggest anyone who read this review to avoid this shop because there is no added value in return or friendly service to justify their high prices.

You can find here all of your tools, although they are a bit more expensive than usual.
For better prices and a more broad offer I rather go to Hubo.
Staff here is more friendly and helpful than the Brico at Quellinstraat.
