 I love this restaurant I'm only 11 years old but... I really like the staff because they are very friendly and the food is super tasty ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Heel lekkere ribbetjes à volonté, ruime keuze tussen groentjes en sauzen. Bediening was heel vriendelijk. Wij hebben echt genoten van ons restaurantbezoek. Zeker een aanrader, en voor herhaling vatbaar!
Very tasty ribs at will, wide choice between vegetables and sauces. Service was very friendly. We really enjoyed our restaurant visit. Definitely recommended, and worth repeating!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Voormalige uitbaters van het gekende 'Hespekotje'. Zijn er geweest op een donderdag toen het ribbetjes à volonté waren. Zeer vriendelijke bediening en heel lekker gegeten voor een heel mooie prijs.
Former owners of the well-known 'Hespekotje'. Been there on a Thursday when the ribs were on the go. Very friendly service and very tasty food for a very good price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ondanks het sobere uiterlijk van de taverne, zal je binnen verrast worden met lekker eten. Buiten hun klassieke kaart bieden ze ook suggesties aan. Deze periode ( najaar) zijn het wildsuggesties; Aan te raden; zeer lekker. Ik kan het op een ander niet lekkerder eten.
Despite the sober appearance of the tavern, you will be surprised with good food inside. In addition to their classic menu, they also offer suggestions. This period (autumn) are wild suggestions; Recommended; very delicious. I can't eat it better on anyone else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First I must say the quality of the food was good. My husband and I were pleased with the service provided.
We thought a nice place to visit again and try another of their fine dishes.
However when we asked for the cheque they wouldn’t except our American VISA.
As an American we could only pay with cash. That is however a great inconvenience and was surprised with so many Americans visiting Europe in general. That’s just uncalled for in a city like that.
We’re having a long stay here so needless to say we won’t be back to your place again.
This is Knokke and a very hot spot for visitors.
You should have a sign that says......NO VISA EXCEPTED.
HOW WOULD YOU FEEL AS THE OWNER VISITING THE USA?
Would you find this acceptable that your Visa card would we refused?
