Ils vous vendent un garage sans la clef pour accéder par les escalier et ils disent qu'il faut passer par la rampe auto.... alors que celle-ci est interdite aux piétons....

Amateurisme a tout point de vue! le service après-vente en dessous de tout!

Cest marrant, les 5☆ sont donné par leur propre personnel...jai achete un appartement chez eux récemment et je regrette mon achat.Les sales ont fait du bon boulot! Pour le prix (élevé) qu'on paye on reçoit un appartement pleins de problèmes. On dirait que les ouvriers sont des amateurs! (problemes de châssis, filles électriques installées nimporte ou, murs abîmés et/pas droits etc) étant dans le conseil de copropriété j'entends tous les propriétaires se plaindre. Le service après vente ne répond pas facilement et ce n'est que après insistance que jai pu faire réparer certains défauts. Si on s'en fous des finitions, la localisation remonte un peu la quote.

We bought a newly built apartment... our first home. It has been problem after problem: - a leak coming through the ceiling in one of the bedrooms through electrical wires that took more than 2 years to fix despite repeated interventions; - a cellar that had insufficient ventilation and suffers from damp and led to mould over most of our perishable items, meaning we have to limit the kinds of materials we store in there and throw many items out; - a bike shed that had no door handle to begin with to close the door properly and very poor quality closing mechanism; - toilet mechanisms that needed replacing and repairing after 2-3 years due to poor-quality components, resulting in high additional costs. - poor quality outside and interior doors (including timing switches that basically never worked properly on our bloc's front entrance); - a garage door that seems to break every month or so - allowing people from the street to enter the garage at will; - security issues neglected on the whole - our bloc essentially had no way to stop intruders coming in from various entrances (which we have been trying to fix, slowly, through the syndic)... there have been many break-ins to cellars, signs of rough sleepers in the garage, vandalism in the bike shed, an asylum seeker sleeping outside our front door on the 3rd floor... - mushrooms growing out of the sides of some of the parts of the interior walls below ground. Very frustrating. New builds shouldn't be like this. A few teething problems are to be expected, as can some unexpected security issues - but the total neglect of some security aspects and using components that wear out well before they conceivably should is simply not acceptable.
