f	fufu balou on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Très bon travail point de vue placement mais n informe pas le client qu il faut une autorisation communale car il faudrait la couverture du carport identique à la maison ! Egalement l'entrée du carport doit se trouver face à la voirie si non régularisation obligatoire. Very good job from a placement point of view but does not inform the customer that a municipal authorization is needed because the carport cover would be identical to the house! Also the entrance to the carport must be in front of the road network if not compulsory regulation.
B	Birgit Borremans on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pro: optisch ruimtelijk en solide constructie Contra: na minder dan 2 j is het mooie heldere zicht van de dakplaten al weg. Ingebakken vlekken/sluier maakt het dak troebel waardoor het permanent vuil lijkt te zijn. Het dak werd echter 2x per jaar volgens de instructies van de fabrikant nauwgezet onderhouden, wat geen makkelijke opgave is, maar dat mocht niet baten. Een dakbedekking uit “massief polycarbonaat”... maar van Slechte Kwaliteit naar mijn ervaring. 10 j garantie denk je dan, maar ze zijn zeer creatief om hier onderuit te komen. 2 jaar na aankoop dit probleem telefonisch gemeld... niemand gezien of gehoord. Nu nogmaals ruim 2 jaar later opnieuw contact opgenomen met klantendienst. Technici die over de vloer kwamen, tot twee maal toe, voor een foto te nemen. Na velerlei explicaties via de telefoon waarom dit zou kunnen gebeuren (telkens buiten hun verantwoordelijkheid om natuurlijk) is volgens BOzARC de uiteindelijke conclusie: “Atmosferische Vervuiling “. ??? En dit valt (wat had je nu gedacht) buiten de garantie. Woon je dus in een omgeving met menig bomen in de omtrek, dan kan je dit verwachten. Nou... Dat hadden ze me dan wel mogen vertellen vóór ik deze dure aankoop aanging. Als ze dan ook nog durven suggereren dat er momenteel een actie loopt op de dakplaten voel ik hun opportunisme aan alsof ze me voor een 2e keer willen rollen. Dank u maar nee dank u, ik denk wel 2x na alvorens ik ooit nog met jullie in zee zou gaan, laat staan aanbevelen aan kennissen of familie. Diep, diep teleurgesteld in jullie service na verkoop. Mooi van ver maar ver van mooi is mijn eindconclusie. Bezint eer ge begint! Pro: optical spatial and solid construction, Contraindications: after less than 2 years the beautiful clear view of the roof plates is already gone. Baked-in stains / veil makes the roof cloudy, making it appear to be permanently dirty. However, the roof was meticulously maintained twice a year according to the manufacturer's instructions, which is not an easy task, but that was to no avail. A roofing material from "solid polycarbonate" ... but from Poor Quality in my experience. You expect a 10 year guarantee, but they are very creative to overcome this. 2 years after purchase reported this problem by phone ... no one seen or heard. Now again more than 2 years later contacted customer service again. Technicians who came to the floor twice, to take a photo. According to BOzARC, after many explanations over the telephone why this could happen (always beyond their responsibility of course), the final conclusion is: "Atmospheric Pollution". ??? And this is (what did you now think) out of warranty. So if you live in an environment with many trees around you, you can expect this. Well ... they should have told me before I made this expensive purchase. If they also dare to suggest that there is currently an action on the roof plates, I feel their opportunism as if they want to roll me a second time. Thank you but no thank you, I think twice before I would ever go into the sea with you, let alone recommend it to acquaintances or family. Deeply, deeply disappointed in you after-sales service. Beautiful from far but far from beautiful is my final conclusion. Think before you begin!

Jammer want leek wel een heel degelijk product. Appointment in the showroom. An employee who receives was a warehouse keeper and could say VERY little. Rest was on leave. Do not make any agreements. A pity because it seemed like a very solid product.

E	E R on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Huisbezoek gehad, zou binnen week offerte krijgen. Na twee weken nog steeds niets, herinnering gestuurd. Nooit meer iets van hun gehoord. Had a home visit, would receive a quote within a week. Still nothing after two weeks, reminder sent. Never heard from them again.
