★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zeer slechte ervaring. Aannemer komt gedane beloftes over aanvang en uitvoeringstermijn niet na.Eerst geld en dan uitvoeren; alleen bezorgd om zijn facturen. Toont geen enkele persoonlijke betrokkenheid met het project; zeer slechte communicatie; weigert gesprek en overleg. Laat zoveel mogelijk over aan zijn - gelukkig nog goed en bekwaam- personeel. Dit is het enige positieve. Wat ons betreft: een afrader.
Very bad experience. The contractor does not fulfill the promises about commencement and execution time. First money and then carry out; only concerned about his invoices. Does not show any personal involvement with the project; very poor communication; refuses conversation and consultation. Leave as much as possible about it - fortunately good and knowledgeable personnel. This is the only positive. As far as we are concerned: a traitor.

Correct en eerlijk, zoekt actief mee naar de best mogelijke oplossing voor de klant, heldere communicatie, snelle respons bij vragen, transparantie in offertes en facturen. Kwaliteitsvolle afwerking. Project is heel vlot verlopen, met wederzijds respect. Prijs-kwaliteit zeer goed. Werd ons aangeraden door een bevriende architecte die al heel veel succesvolle projecten met VDD voltooid had.
Complete A-Z renovation project done with VDD and very satisfied. Correct and honest, actively searches for the best possible solution for the customer, clear communication, quick response to questions, transparency in quotations and invoices. Quality finish. Project went very smoothly, with mutual respect. Price quality very good. We were advised by an architect friend who had already completed many successful projects with VDD.
