★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Blijf ver weg van Luc en zijn bedrijf! Vorige bedrijf failliet laten verklaren. Ontloopt alle verantwoordelijkheid, komt afspraken niet na, levert gebouw af met gebreken, EPC bouw na meer dan 2 jaar nog steeds niet afgeleverd.
"Man van zijn woord" is zijn typische uitspraak maar beter zou zijn: "Mijn woord is niks waard".
 Stay far away from Luc and his company! Have your previous company declared bankruptcy. Avoids all responsibility, does not comply with agreements, delivers building with defects, EPC construction still not delivered after more than 2 years.
"Man of his word" is his typical statement but would be better: "My word is worth nothing".

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gangsters eerste klas. Na 1j oplevering en volledig betaald staat er een deurwaarder bij mijn kinderen voor de deur om bezwarend beslag te leggen op het sanitair omdat de onderaannemers niet vergoed worden. Jammer voor hen maar alles is volledig betaald aan die prutsers van bouw spirit.
Gangsters first class. After 1 year of delivery and paid in full, there is a bailiff at my children's door to seize the sanitary facilities incriminating because the subcontractors are not reimbursed. Too bad for them but everything has been paid in full to those bunglers of construction spirit.
