Beautiful surroundings, but that's about all... Pros · The location of the hotel is very nice with ample -wiw unguarded- parking. Negatives · When we arrived at the hotel at 18.00, everyone at the reception had already gone home, so we were at a closed counter. Then look for another employee. Fortunately, the waiter on duty was able to help us further and we were still allocated our room. Our question - already upon reservation - to be allowed to have breakfast in the morning from 7 a.m. (after all, we had an important appointment at 8 a.m. at 7 km from the hotel) was first confirmed to us by telephone that this was absolutely no problem and was answered on arrival. explicitly confirmed to us that we could certainly have breakfast in time. However, we have been waiting in vain from 7.00 am. until 07.20h. to a closed breakfast room. When I pointed out to one of the breakfast ladies that we would like to have breakfast, we were simply snubbed that breakfast was only available from 8.00 am and she could only offer us a coffee. When I made her aware that we had clearly announced in advance that we wanted to have an early breakfast, she called her colleague and we were told very rudely that she knew nothing about that appointment and that we had to wait until 8.00 h... Voila, then work without breakfast for sure... Of course the counter to pay was also closed... Pretty pathetic.
