Nice playground for both small and slightly older children, forest museum in the immediate vicinity as well as tourist office tower where you have a beautiful panorama over the forests of the Merode

Very educational. The temporary exhibition about wolves in Limburg is also interesting to visit.

After a small walk we found a lookout tower with a monocular on the top floor surrounded by a playground. There where some real nice walking paths through the woods and heather . There is a information point for the best local things to see and do.
