S	Stijn Noë on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zeer ontevreden, beschadigde pellets geleverd gekregen. Terug meegenomen door onderaanneming vervoer doch beloftes niet nagekomen door eindverantwoordelijke descamps. Tweede pallet niet geleverd gekregen wel geld terug. Geen beloofde compensatie voor overlast van verloren pellets op straat over een strook van 200m, 2x vrijhouden voor levering. 2de maal dat pellets werden aangeleverd probeerde men de pallet waar schade aan was (tal van zakken opengereten) opnieuw aan de bieden door de volledige pallet volledig in folie in te wikkelen. Ik zal dit natuurlijk direct, de stappel palletzakken was ingezakt doordat er pellets ontbraken. Vriendelijke dame aan de telefoon doch geen daar bij woord ... Zeer slechte reclame voor hen maar mijn frustratie zit en blijft hoog waarbij ik dit wil delen. Very dissatisfied, received damaged pellets. Taken back by subcontracting transport but promises not fulfilled by the responsible descamps. Second pallet not delivered but money back. No promised compensation for nuisance from lost pellets on the street over a strip of 200m, keep 2x free for delivery. The second time that pellets were delivered, they tried to offer the pallet that was damaged (many bags ripped open) again by completely wrapping the entire pallet in foil. I will of course immediately, the stack of pallet bags had collapsed because pellets were missing. Friendly lady on the phone but no word there... Very bad advertising for them but my frustration is high and I want to share this.
