★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This school is simply terrible. I would have given it zero stars if it were technically possible. Our daughter attended BIS for six weeks before we pulled her out as we had mounting concerns not just about the poor standard of teaching but also more fundamentally about the safety and security of the children.
On a number of occasions when we went to pick up our 6 year old daughter following afternoon activities we found her alone in the grounds of SSB (BIS doesn't have its own premises - it rents the classrooms from SSB) without adult supervision. She also returned from school one day & told us she had been stopped by the police. It transpired that the school had used a private car for a school trip when they discovered they didn't have enough seats on the school minibus. The police stopped the car because it was transporting too many children and they were not in car seats. The school didn't inform the parents that this had happened - we had to find out from the children..!
There were a number of other similar instances where the school displayed a reluctance to communicate with parents that bordered on shifty.
This school would be shut down very quickly in a more regulated environment. Avoid it at all costs.

Their horizons have widened immeasurably; they are taking a keen interest in news and current affairs; and at home we regularly have passionate debates about the state of the world. Clearly, the move to Bogaerts has done them a world of good! No way back.

You find everything you hope for your children's education: dedicated and kind teachers, professional administration staff, high level of education, international environment and cherry on cake an amazing campus.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I joined the BIS community two years ago, and right now, I am a senior student of BIS. I can say that over the past two years, I had amazing memories with my friends and teachers. The school environment is everything! When we first visited the school, the staff energy was amazingly welcoming. I can confidently say that Bogaerts International School has a lot of hard-working staff and students. Teachers are all well-disciplined, and most students know how to act kindly. I believe our school will be very successful in the future!
