Hier wordt thans bij de afhaling met geen woord over gesproken. Pure diefstal. En als er iets van wordt gezegd zegt men doodleuk dat je maar moet nalezen wat je tekent. Als je een goed en transparant alternatief wil, ga naar Global Rent in Boortmeerbeek, nooit geen problemen gehad, altijd vriendelijk en 8 op de 10 goedkoper... Phone is not answered so out of frustration drove there with question about invoice. Turns out they add insurance to every rental anyway. Not a word is said about this at the time of collection. Wanneer de factuur komt dan worden er heel wat posten toegevoegd waar aanvankelijk geen sprake van was. Zeer slechte ervaring met Boels in Erps-Kwerps en ik raad het niemand aan. Attention: are very unclear in their emails regarding the quote. When the invoice comes, a lot of items are added that were not there initially. Very bad experience with Boels in Erps-Kwerps and I don't recommend it to anyone.

I have rented it for a week for 120 euro and then I am charged for 60 euro more just for being a bit late for the return!! There was no one reserved for the machine either... Please find another way to rent construction machines in Belgium rather than Boels...
