★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Het geleverde werk is goed. Spijtig dat we vaak een zure nasmaak hebben na bv. licht kleinerende opmerkingen, onterechte beschuldigingen over niet nakomen van afspraken, en algemene onvriendelijkheid.
The work done is good. We are sorry that we often have a sour aftertaste after, for example, slightly disparaging comments, unjustified accusations about non-compliance with agreements, and general unfriendliness.
