Je krijgt gewoon de melding dat "al onze medewerkers bezig zijn".
En wordt doorverwezen naar de algemene helpdesk
Dat is niet echt handig als bvb je een afspraak wilt maken.
Een bankkantoor zou toch moeten in staat zijn om minstens de telefoon op te nemen zou je zo denken...
The office is practically not accessible by telephone.
You just get the message that "all our employees are busy".
And is referred to the general helpdesk
That is not really useful if, for example, you want to make an appointment.
A bank branch should be able to at least answer the phone you would think...
